- We are independent. We don't speak for Paddle UK, RNLI, RoSPA, HM Coastguard, the BRC, any club, shop, or retailer — and we never imply we do.
- Signing the open letter is support for the asks, not a partnership, membership, or spokesperson role.
- Names appear publicly only with permission, after review.
- If a relationship isn't confirmed in writing, it isn't shown. Full stop.
